Job description
The Clinical Care Program is currently seeking a full-time, temporary (until March 19, 2027) Social Worker 2 for the Downtown West Clinic Outpatient team. Reporting to the Manager, you will be a member of an active outpatient team member working with people with severe and persistent mental illness. The Clinical Care Program is client centered and treatment is based on the principles of recovery for adults with major mental illness, predominantly Schizophrenia and Concurrent Disorders.
